Refund policy

Subscription Program:

Automatic Shipments: By joining the Talltitude subscription program, you authorize us to automatically ship your ordered product to your provided address and charge your payment method monthly on your renewal date.

Monthly Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month. You will receive an email confirmation 24-48 hours before each renewal with your upcoming shipment details.

Cancellation Options: You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your Customer Portal (available 24/7)
  • Replying to any order confirmation email
  • Emailing us at support@talltitude.com

Important Timing Requirements:

  • Pre-Renewal Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged
  • Post-Renewal Grace Period: You have exactly 24 hours after each monthly renewal to cancel and receive a full refund for that order
  • After the 24-hour post-renewal window closes, orders enter fulfillment and become non-refundable

Subscription Management: Customers can pause, skip, or reschedule deliveries through their Customer Portal or by contacting support@talltitude.com. These changes must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Refund Policy:

No Physical Returns: As Talltitude is a consumable health product, we do not accept physical returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only): New customers who are not satisfied after using Talltitude for at least 30 consecutive days may request a full refund of their first purchase.

  • Eligibility Window: Must be requested within 60 days of initial purchase
  • Requirement: Product must be used consistently for minimum 30 days
  • Process: Contact support@talltitude.com with your order number

Subscription Refund Eligibility:

  • Refundable: Orders canceled within 24 hours of monthly renewal
  • Refundable: Orders canceled before the 24-hour pre-renewal deadline
  • Non-Refundable: Orders canceled after the 24-hour post-renewal grace period
  • Non-Refundable: Orders that have entered fulfillment/shipping

Processing Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

Important Notes:

  • Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically qualify past orders for refunds
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information provided by customer are not eligible for refunds
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension
